Rich Tierney

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Rich has been responsible for managing regional and national sales organizations at global information companies Dun & Bradstreet, ChoicePoint and Equifax. Rich also has previously held a Tennessee general contractor's license and has done extensive work renovating and remodeling homes in both Knoxville and Atlanta. Rich's passion for older homes led him to Sequoyah Hills Realty in 2000. He is also publisher of "Sequoyah Seasons", a community newsletter. Rich lives on Iskagna Drive in Sequoyah Hills with his wife, Angie, their daughter A.J. and their son, Grant.

Kasey Meheula

Kasey arrived in Knoxville in 2002 via Las Vegas and San Diego, where she had worked in real estate both as an agent and an assistant. After visiting friends in Knoxville for years, her family decided that the quality of life that both Knoxville and Sequoyah Hills provides made it the perfect place to live. Kasey lives on Cherokee Boulevard in Sequoyah Hills with her husband Kimo and their four daughters.
